  4. Diwadah lain, mixer putih telur hingga mengembang, tambahkan gula pasir sedikit demi sedikit. Mixer hingga soft peak (adonan jika dibalik tidak jatuh).
  5. Selanjutnya masukkan sedikit adonan putih telur kedalam adonan kuning telur, campur rata..
  6. Lalu masukkan campuran adonan kedalam wadah adonan putih telur, aduk rata kembali..
  7. Panaskan teflon, beri sedikit minyak ato margarin (ratakan dg menggunakan tissue).
  8. Cetak adonan ke atas teflon. Setelah bawahnya kecoklatan balik adonan, tunggu hingga matang, angkat dan tiriskan..
  9. Beri toping sesuai selera. Saya beri taburan gula halus, dan satunya saya beri coklat glaze. Selamat menikmati 😉.
